Agents are provided with leads that have been filtered to a point they should be ready for an appointment. The best opportunity to establish a genuine relationship is with an in-person meeting. For buyer and seller leads, 2 out of every 3 opportunities should result in a face-to-face client appointment.

In order to maintain our brand reputation and ensure all team members provide superior service in current market conditions, Path & Post has a minimum production of six (6) closings per year while also maintaining our team standards.

Just in case the seller is booked, are there other times that work for you this week? (Saturday is wide open) OK. Tell me what you liked about this property. Will you have time to compare similar properties while we are in the area? Great. I have us down for [time consumer wants to see it]. Have I answered all your questions at this time? It was great to chat and I look forward to working with you! When we hang up this call, I will text you my contact info so you will know who you are working with.
